Leaseholder Forum
Arcon held its second Leaseholder Forum in January in Manchester City Centre. We used the forum as an opportunity to launch our leaseholder gas safety check service. Other topics covered were Repair Liabilities, the Green Agenda and Value for Money.
We would like to thank everybody who attended the forum. These events are really important to us as they give us an extra opportunity to meet with our leaseholders and also for leaseholders to meet each other. Issues can be discussed face to face and direct feedback obtained.
We also appreciate that some of you may have been unable to attend due to other commitments. We would be interested to hear from you to find out what day of the week and at what time would be good for you when we hold similar meetings in the future.
