If you need to report an incident or if you need advice, please contact our Customer Hub, on 0161 214 4120. We can call, write to or visit whoever is causing your problem. We will enforce the responsibilities, set out in our Tenancy Agreement, to make sure you can enjoy living peacefully in your home.
There are a range of actions we can take to help you, including mediation, warnings, Acceptable Behaviour Contracts and legal action. We work with the local Police, local councils and other partners, to tackle anti-social behaviour. Click here to find out more about our approach.
