In-Depth Assessment

Over the last couple of months, Arcon has been proactively assisting in a very worthwhile in-depth assessment (IDA), looking at our governance and financial strengths. We have been transparent with our new regulator, Homes England; the results will be published shortly.

I would like to take this opportunity, in the first of my monthly Blogs, to wish all of our residents and partners an enjoyable and festive winter break. We hope Arcon’s residents will be sharing in the community spirit across your neighbourhoods.

At Arcon, we are passionate about people and everything that we do. We are conscious this can be a challenging time for our residents, with pre-Christmas and January debt, the threat of loan sharks and the cost of fuel during the cold months.
