New Colour Scheme for Communal Areas

Arcon have recently trialled a new colour scheme for those properties with internal communal areas to try to give them a more modern, less institutional feel.  After discussions with CLC, one of our main redecoration contractors, we agreed to trial BS00A01, Light Grey to walls and BS18B25 Merlin Grey to previously finished doors.  Ceilings, skirting and cills have remained gloss white.

CLC completed the redecoration works at Arundel Court in early March this year and have now moved on to Braemar Court where works are due to be completed this week.

The new colour scheme has been very well received by residents with all of those from Arundel Court who responded to our Customer Satisfaction Survey giving top marks to the works carried out.  One resident stated ‘Colour scheme really good, lower ground floor has been transformed - Well done’.

In light of this positive feedback we will now be using these colours when redecorating communal areas in future.
